Ferrari Gallery is a contemporary fine art gallery with over twenty years of experience in the art world. Founded by artists and owners, James and Debra Ferrari, the gallery represents a select group of established and emerging artists focused on painting, photography, metal and ceramic sculptures.
James Ferrari is an American artist best known for his contemporary original sculptures created from Ferrari car parts combined with other metal mediums to compose abstract and representational fine art sculptures.
James is part owner and the featured sculptor in the gallery. Winning numerous awards for his private and public works of art, he has collectors all over the world. Recently, James completed two major large-scale outdoor public art sculptures: one for a park in Colorado and another for the Historic Creede Hotel owned by Dallas residents. Ferrari’s passion for metal sculpture started in his studio art class at Florida State University, when he picked up his first welder. Since that day, he has never stopped creating original works of fine art sculpture. Debra Ferrari is the featured painter at Ferrari Gallery and an acclaimed contemporary artist best known for her large-scale paintings inspired by nature, modern art and design. Capturing sunsets and storms through her very popular series, “Forces of Nature” allows Debra to bring the outdoors into our indoor worlds. This style she likes to call, “Biophilic Art.” relies on the process of layering and rendering organic shapes and patterns to narrate the relationships and experiences seen and felt in our natural world. Her self taught painting techniques of brush work and troweling punctuate her art with depth and light, drawing the viewer closer to the story that lies inside the painting.
